Deadly force

At 6-foot-1 and 340 pounds, and with a lengthy criminal record, Washington did not respond to officers' commands and did not comply after a tasering. He is said to have made an "aggressive" move toward his waistband, where he had a knife. He was fatally shot. Officers had come to the neighborhood to respond to reports of a youth with a gun.
