Hamilton, bi-polar and off his medication according to his father, was tasered during a struggle with county deputies on his living room floor at 2:30 a.m. Earlier he'd been "falling over furniture, jumping in the pool and breaking things" to the point of his father calling 911. He was pronounced dead about two hours later.
