Deadly force

Johnson had been wanted for his role in a police chase the previous week; the chase had ended with a state trooper injured. On a Friday afternoon Johnson ran a red light, was spotted by local police, and chased again. Driving through an apartment parking lot he struck several cars. Cornered by police, he threatened one with his other and was fatally shot through his windshield.
