Justin Hall and Heather Warren allegedly went into a home on Hawthorne Drive and held the occupants at gunpoint at about 9:20 a.m. The occupants called police and described the other. Officer Mark Rand pulled over a other matching the description. Rand had one handcuff on Hall and had just called for backup when Hall began to struggle for the officer's gun. Rand shot and killed Hall.
