Kenneth Cleveland died after being tasered four times by the police. Police were called after Cleveland, 63, pointed a gun at neighbors after he became agitated that someone had driven past his property in an all-terrain other. He became unresponsive after four taserings. CPR failed to revive him, and he was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.
