Timothy Ronald William Sterrett was killed after losing control of his car, which overturned, while trying to flee a state trooper on Interstate 95 in Greensville County. Sterrett, driving a stolen other, refused to stop after police clocked him traveling 85 mph in a 65 mph zone. Sterrett allegedly weaved in and out of traffic during the eight-minute, 13-mile pursuit, which reportedly reached speeds of 120 mph.
