Schizophrenic Cyrus was known to wander. During multiple encounters with small-town police over a weekend, he told them he would be "martyred and was going to visit his brother in Jerusalem." Sunday morning he was found lightly clad at a stranger's house. Uncooperative, he was tasered to death--five weeks after the officers had been Taser-certified with four hours of training.
