Deadly force
Police responded to 911 call by resident alleging that Culp had repeatedly knocked on her front and back door, and was lurking around her house. Police confronted Culp, who allegedly fled to a car and attempted to run down one officer. Four shots were fired and at least one struck Culp in the chest. A jury found the officers were justified in their use of force.
