Truck stop observers noticed a man, Nashville music store owner Ilten, angrily heaving musical instruments out of the back of a rental truck. Police handcuffed him for erratic behavior and attempted to put him in leg restraints in the back of their patrol car. They tasered the uncooperative Ilten twice in order to search him. He stopped breathing.
