Felton Frankley reportedly died of a heart attack after being arrested. Police had responded at about 4 p.m. to a report of a deceptive practice in progress in a LaSalle Bank branch. Officers saw a woman run to a other and get in. The officers stopped the other, but the woman fled. Frankley, the driver, was taken into custody, and shortly thereafter began complaining of difficulty breathing, police said. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.
