Deadly force
According to police, Jerrell L. Chism, his father and another man walked into the Soy Capital Bank at about 8:50 a.m., demanded cash, fired shots, and then drove away. Their other was stopped by police and the men ran from the car. Chism allegedly pointed a gun at the officers, who shot him. He died later at a hospital. The other two men were arrested and charged with murder in Chism's death.
