Less-than-lethal force

In the wake of a botched drug deal with two others, Broomfield fled and caught up with a local police cruiser. He hopped in and said "Get me out of here." He'd been shot. The situation gradually dawned on the officer. Broomfield became combative, was cuffed and Tasered, had some kind of medical emergency, and died.
