Tull was the back-seat passenger in the other of a 20-year-old woman trying to shake a police chase in a stolen Saturn sedan. In avoiding a PIT maneuver she lost control of the other and it flipped. Her front-seat passenger suffered a broken back. The driver later admitted being under the influence of both marijuana and meth.
