Aaron Taylor, 24, was charged with multiple felony charges including one count of driving under the influence with death and two counts of driving under the influence with great bodily injury. Killed in the accident was the front-seat passenger riding with Taylor - Sherry Carter Caldwell, 23. Taylor was fleeing police at high speeds in a stolen car.
