Lopez, the wife of a Ramsey County Sheriff's deputy, was killed when she was riding with him on patrol during an overnight shift. Margaret Lopez, 56, was killed when her husband's patrol car was hit head-on by a motorist going the wrong direction. Elizabeth Renee Rhodes got five years for drunk-driving-caused death.
