A Tucson police officer, Officer Timothy Coussens, stuck and killed a pedestrian who stepped out in front of his patrol car. The officer was driving on East Broadway Boulevard when a man walked in front of his car just after 4 a.m. Police say the officer didn't see the man until just before his cruiser struck him.
