Off-duty Albuquerque officer Sgt. Andrew Gallegos was driving the truck that ran over and killed a woman in a bar parking lot. Vera "Tonie" Haskell, 47, was lying next to Gallegos' truck when she was run over in the parking lot of Sidewinders. After the incident, Gallegos drove off and did not call authorities, police said.
