Deadly force

Officers responded to a report of an apparent suicidal man. Police found the man outside his apartment on the sidewalk. Officers told the man to put down the gun he was carrying. Police say the man refused and pointed his gun at the officers, who then fired shots. The man was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
