Daniel Eli McGuire, 26, was fleeing a police stop when he ran into Joshua Darnell's motorcycle, killing him. McGuire left the scene, but ultimately pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide by intoxication, a Class B felony, and received a total of 12 years in prison with parole eligibility in four years.
