Deadly force
Police spotted Martins speeding at 1 am and tried to pull him over. Martins fled the scene until getting rammed by officers trying to turn around from a road block. Officer exits car and is allegedly almost hit by Martins as he tries to flee again in car, but police fires 3 shots through side and rear window. Martins dies from wounds in hospital.
