Delirium with agitation due to schizoaffective disorder was the medical examiner's official cause of death for Wilson, whose brother called authorities because he hadn't been taking his medication. Wilson had smashed the windshield of his mother's car and refused to budge out of it. Deputies Tased him three times, held his face in the dirt, cuffed him behind his back and put him in leg irons before his death.
