Pennsylvania State Police responded to a disturbance call for a man sitting on a other brandishing a rifle. The other left the area but was located a short time later by troopers, who attempted to pull it over. The other was pursued into York County where state troopers used stop sticks to flatten the other's tires, police said. Kevin Baum shot and killed himself when the other was disabled.
