Deadly force

City employee Skyes called his health care provider with a threat that he'd start shooting if he didn't get his pain medication. The provider called the police; the police arrived and engaged Sykes, who came out with a weapon, executed a barrel roll and a commando crawl in his front yard, fired 17 rounds altogether. Four officers shot him with 31 bullets. Ten hit him fatally.
