Jermaine Johnson suffered an apparent medical emergency as police attempted to take him into custody, the Cook County medical examiner's office said. An autopsy was reportedly inconclusive. According to police, Johnson was a possible suspect in the murder of Anthony White, 43, who was found shot to death in an alley moments earlier at around 11:45 a.m.
