Bradley McElroy was killed when a Brandon police cruiser struck his car on Highway 80. Officer Justin MacLain was reportedly answering a burglary call, and was cleared of any wrong-doing. Attorneys for the McElroy family say that the police tried to cover up the facts of the case.
