According to court documents, Kolski pointed a shotgun at officers who had responded to a domestic-dispute call from Kolski's girlfriend, who had locked herself in the bathroom and called 911. Police say that, after negotiations with Kolski, the officers forced their way into Kolski's home, after which two of the officers fired.
