Deadly force
After a fight with his girlfriend Martinez fired gunshots and sped off in his black Ford truck on the Florida Turnpike, with police in pursuit. After stopped by spike-strips Martinez angrily backed his other toward officers then fired more gunshots. He was fatally shot in return.
