Walgreens employees tackled Dragoo to reclaim two cartons of cigarettes that he had stolen. Officer Weller found Dragoo, complaining of body pain, near a Taco Cabana. At Ben Taub Hospital, it was learned that Dragoo had a broken collarbone and at least one broken rib. When Dragoo was discharged, Officer Cardenas took him to the Harris County Jail. Dragoo collapsed in the sally port.
