Williams died after being struck by a police cruiser. Police say Williams crossed the highway by running in front of the patrol cars. Residents call it a dangerous area because the intersection is poorly lit, there are no sidewalks or traffic signals. Police were reportedly responding to a call about a man with a gun at a Taco Bell.
