Deadly force
Local police responded to an early-afternoon call about a couple having a fight in a car. Interrupted, Weeks was uncooperative and hostile toward the officer, did not respond to a Taser, and supposedly went for the officer's gun. The officer shot him several times and killed him at the scene.
