Nearly four months after five members of a Hobart family--Brian Workman, 33, Joanna Workman, 31, Ashley Workman, 13, Tyler Workman, 8, and Ryan Workman, 1--died in a fiery crash on Interstate 65, a report cites the Lake County police and a truck driver who was not paying attention as causing the collision. Exactly how those at fault were punished was not reported.
