Reyes and two other men robbed a bar in League City. Officers performed a traffic stop on their other in Webster. Two of the men fled the other on foot. An officer arrested the third, seated in the other. Reyes, one of the men who fled, revealed a weapon to officers. Officer Colin Murphy shot at Reyes four times, striking him once in the head.
