Deadly force
A sheriff pulled over Naranjo for a traffic stop and after the officer realized that Naranjo was armed, Naranjo fled by driving away. The officers chased him and police were able to stop his car by intentionally ramming a police car into Naranjo's other and shooting into the other. They ordered him to surrender, but he pulled out a gun instead, and officers shot him.
