Police said that Brandon Roeder, driving a 1984 Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck, was driving erratically. When troopers attempted to stop the truck, Roeder fled. When he drove onto a dirt portion of road, he lost control of his car, which rolled over several times, partially ejecting Roeder and killing him.
