Suspect allegedly robbed a nearby bank and fled. Officers cornered the suspect, and released a police dog. The suspect allegedly threatened the dog with a BB gun that looked like a 9mm, and officers shot the suspect. The official inquiry determined that 46 rounds were shot by the officers, 14 of which struck the suspect.
