Less-than-lethal force
Local police came to a trailer park for reports of two men arguing. They found Spruill there, combative and resistant, taking things out of his pockets and throwing them at police. They used a Taser once, with one barb in his neck and another in his lower back. He became unresponsive and died at the hospital.
