Tucker, who is from Albany, sped away from Officers Kevin Moynihan and Christopher Pageau as they attempted to conduct a traffic stop. He lost control of his car, hit a telephone, "The suspect then ran over one of our officers and dragged him along the roadway underneath the other," said Krokoff.
