A 2003 black Mitsubishi Eclipse was traveling southbound in a northbound lane of Chapman Highway around 1:30 a.m. when it was stopped by a THP trooper before speeding away. The driver of the Mitsubishi, April Lawanna Keck, was later found dead in the 6000 block of Chapman Highway where it crashed.
