A Bullhead City Police Department auxiliary officer was involved in a fatal traffic accident around 10:37 p.m. Carmen Estela Puckett, 71, was returning to Bullhead City in a city-owned transport other after taking prisoners to the Mohave Valley Jail in Kingman when she allegedly hit a pedestrian. Puckett was driving west on Highway 68 near milepost 15 when she hit the unidentified woman, said a spokesman for the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the agency handling the investigation.
