A deputy tried to pull over two motorcyclists for speeding. They evaded arrest. The first, Ferguson, struck a travel trailer and died. The second, Jeremy Kaelin, was arrested. Kaelin's motorcycle had been stolen from Houston Police Department. Note: In 2005, Romon Giesburg crashed a stolen HPD other.
