At around 7:30 a.m., Sarah Robinson was killed when her car was hit by officer Elizabeth Lougee's patrol car at an intersection. Lougee reportedly went through a red light at a high speed while responding to another wreck. Robinson's view was obstructed by another car. Robinson died at the scene.
