Deputy J. Shriver pulled over a white pickup truck and told the driver, Jimenez, to exit the other. Jimenez struck the officer and ran away. The officer shot Jimenez with a stun gun as he fled. Jimenez fell, hit his head and died at Northwest Medical Center.
