At Rest

Vehic/Purs
Law enforcement was called to a domestic dispute at a residence. The man jumped on a motorcycle and fled, with Walker County sheriff's deputies in pursuit. The man was traveling 100 mph at times during the chase. As the man was rounding a curve, he lost control, overturned, and the bike struck a stop sign. He was ejected from the motorcycle and struck a yield sign. The motorcycle was thrown 193 feet, landing in a field. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
