Deadly force
Harold Seavey, a national muscleman for a biker gang, was look-out at an entrance to a bar. Police, alerted that Seavey was a "possible hazard to police," noticed the gathering and a dozen entered, ostensibly to conduct a liquor inspection. Seavey pulled a semiautomatic handgun. When ordered to drop it, he used a woman briefly as a shield, then turned and opened fire. A gunbattle ensued (31 police rounds). Seavey was fatally shot twice.
