Deadly force
Smith had been wanted on drugs charges. At a traffic stop in front of a Georgia Pig Restaurant, he refused to leave his Accord, and Tasering him had little effect. In an attempt to get away he barrelled in reverse and totalled a cruiser behind him, threatening an officer. Police fired ten shots at him, nine hit him, and he died at the scene leaving $46K in cash and 30 lbs of marijuana.
