Yarborough, an asthmatic 300-lbs ex-con, was being questioned by police for a nearby street brawl he had no part of. Officers pepper-sprayed him when he reached for his inhaler, reportedly ignored his pleas for help breathing. He died of acute bronchial asthma on the street, his death ruled as homicide.
