Deadly force
Officers forced an entry into Harris's apartment to serve a warrant on narcotics charges. Harris, police said, was waiting for them with a 9mm in hand, and he was fatally shot. Police also said that the shooter was an undercover officer who could not be identified, yet the raid was conducted by police in "full tactical garb" who clearly identified themselves.
