Deadly force

Verduzco had a history of violent interactions with the police. He had been diagnosed as bipolar 20 years previously and often acted out. On this occasion victim's sister called the police and officer Anderson responded. Anderson told victim to calm down, Victim picked up a brick and threatened Anderson. Anderson attempted to tase Victim who then came at him with the brick and Anderson then shot twice, killing him.
