Deadly force
Deputies reported that they attempted to talk with Quiros, a known gang member and parolee, and he got into a car refusing to get out. Then Quiros got out of the car and started fighting deputies, one deputy felt a gun at Quiros' belt, and deputies shot him to death. A gun was recovered at the scene.
