Chased on foot by two police officers, the 5-feet-tall, 90-pound woman refused their orders to drop the gun and confronted them in the front yard of a residence at 418 Alabama Ave, according to police and court records. Sgt. Jared Daniel, A six-year veteran, and Officer John Nettles, a seven-year veteran, opened fire when she threatened them with her handgun, according to police.
